| If the streaming audio file that you're listening to is breaking up, crackling, or garbled and you’re using Microsoft Windows XP, then please try the following: Click on the “start” button of your computer, then click on “Control Panel,” and then on QuickTime (or the QuickTime logo). When the QuickTime Settings box appears, click on the drop down arrow until you get to “Sound Out,” then click on the drop down arrow under “Choose a device for playback,” click on “waveout” and click on the red “x” to close. |
